Refund policy
Our policy
Because all Espresso State products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
We do, however, stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right.
Eligible claims
You are entitled to a replacement or full refund if your item:
• Arrives damaged or defective
• Has a print error or quality issue
• Is the wrong item or wrong size due to a fulfilment error
• Does not arrive within 30 days of your order date (Australia) or 45 days (New Zealand)
How to make a claim
To lodge a claim, please contact us at espresso.state@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once we review your claim we will offer either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method, at our discretion. We aim to respond to all claims within 2 business days.
Change of mind
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply no longer want the item. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering.
Sale items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
