Every t-shirt is printed to order specifically for you, so we're not able to accept size or colour exchanges. But we stand by every t-shirt we make — see our guarantee below.

Love Your T-Shirt, Or Your Money Back

We're confident you'll love it. If for any reason you don't, get in touch within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you — no fuss, no fine print.

Faulty, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your t-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked. Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item showing the issue

Once we've had a look, we'll sort a replacement or refund — whichever you'd prefer.

Wrong Item Received

If we've sent you the wrong size, colour, or design, let us know within 14 days with your order number and a photo of what arrived, and we'll get the correct item to you at no extra cost.

Sizing

Since every t-shirt is made to order, we're not able to offer exchanges for sizing. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering — if you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
