Shipping policy

Overview

All Espresso State orders are printed and fulfilled on demand through our production partners. This means your order is made specifically for you — please allow for production time in addition to shipping time.

 

Australia

Processing time: 2–3 business days (printing and dispatch)

Shipping time: 2–4 business days (Australia Post standard)

Estimated total: 4–7 business days from order to delivery

 

Shipping rates:

•        Standard flat rate: $15.00 AUD

•        Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD

 

New Zealand

Processing time: 2–3 business days (printing and dispatch)

Shipping time: 5–10 business days (Australia Post International Standard)

Estimated total: 7–13 business days from order to delivery

 

Shipping rates:

•        Standard flat rate: $19.95 AUD

•        Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD

 

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs processing in New Zealand. This can occasionally add extra time beyond the estimated delivery window. Customs handling is outside of our control.

 

Important information

•        Delivery estimates are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.

•        Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

•        During peak periods (including sale events and the Christmas period), production and delivery times may be longer than usual.

•        Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

•        Espresso State is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
